Randy Jacops Chief Executive Officer
Randy brings 20 years of operational experience in enterprise technology to IDERA. Prior to IDERA, he founded an executive consulting firm that advised venture capital and private equity firms on operations and acquisition targets and worked as a venture partner for Valhalla Partners. Previously, he was President and CEO of Versata Enterprises, one of the largest privately owned software companies in the world, where he acquired over a dozen companies and restructured them to deliver growth and world-class profitability.  Earlier in his career, Randy was a partner at Deloitte Consulting and worked in finance at Ford Motor Company.

Chris Smith Chief Operating Officer
Chris brings 23 years of operational experience in enterprise technology and product development to IDERA. Prior to IDERA, he worked for one of the largest healthcare companies in North America building a world class enterprise software division that in less then 2 years created over 8 products and generated 45+ software patents. Previously, he was COO of Versata Enterprises, one of the largest privately owned software companies in the world, where he managed operations for over a dozen acquired companies that delivered growth and world-class profitability. Earlier in his career, Chris was Sr Director of Software Development for Norand, one of the largest handheld computer manufacturing companies that later became Intermec.

Trey Chambers Chief Financial Officer
Trey Chambers brings more than 20 years of financial management and technology industry experience to IDERA, as well as relevant public company experience. Prior to joining, Trey was CFO at CompassLearning, a leading provider of learning software solutions for the K-12 market. Prior to that, he held roles as vice president of operations and CFO at Reddwerks Corporation, CFO for the $2.6 billion Transportation and Standard Products segment and later chief audit officer for Freescale Semiconductor, vice president of finance at Metrowerks and in audit at PriceWaterhouse. Trey is a CPA and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II, a liberal arts honors program.

Heidi Farris Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Heidi brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in high-tech to IDERA, building award-winning marketing teams and leading go-to-market strategies that drive high velocity sales models. Prior to joining IDERA, Heidi was the head of marketing at Bloomfire and Gazzang. Heidi was also one of the original employees of SolarWinds, starting with the company in 2006 when the company’s headquarters were in Tulsa, OK. There, she led demand generation teams through the company’s IPO in 2009 and beyond.

Mark Berglund Vice President, Sales
Mark brings more than 20 years sales leadership experience to IDERA with a focus on high velocity enterprise sales, consistently adding more than 1,000 new customers to the IDERA portfolio annually. Prior to IDERA, Mark led various sales teams at Quest Software during the pre-Dell acquisition years. Mark has a BA in Political Science from California State University of Long Beach.
